Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery distance. We offer flat-rate local delivery for oversized items like lumber and drywall within a 50-mile radius of our distribution centers.
Can I return unused construction materials?
Yes, we accept returns on most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-mixed paints, special orders, and cut-to-size materials are final sale.
Do you offer bulk discounts for contractors?
Absolutely. We provide tiered pricing for professional contractors and large-scale residential projects. Please contact our sales team with your project specifications to receive a custom quote.
Is curbside pickup available for online orders?
Yes, we offer free curbside pickup at all our physical locations. Most orders are ready for collection within 2-4 business hours. You will receive an email notification once your order is staged and ready.

How do I track my delivery for large palletized orders?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. For heavy freight deliveries, our dispatch team will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival to ensure someone is on-site to sign for the materials.
